Shipping

Processing time is typically 2-3 business days once the order is placed (If you need us to ship your item faster please ask we can often times ship out items same day if a customer requests it).

We ship all packages with signature required unless otherwise requested. If you request an item to ship without a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.

Domestic Shipping: We strive to provide customers with as many shipping options as possible so we offer every type of shipping you could possibly want with your desired carrier, from USPS to UPS to Fedex, we offer it all, whether it’s express or just regular old ground it’s available. Simply select the type of shipping you want and our site automatically calculates the amount based on your address and current postage rates for that service.

International Shipping: We charge a $150 flat rate for all international shipping and ship with the fastest service possible for that rate to your location. If a custom shipping quote is needed (when you want to receive something with express mail) please contact us and let us know and we will provide one for you. Duties and Import fees are additional and paid on delivery by the customer.

Please note: If you would like to provide your own label or Fedex Account for an order please contact us prior to purchase and we will waive the shipping fee for you, however if you are providing your own method of shipping you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages.

Returns

All sales are final. Please note that all items are sold AS-IS. The conditions of the items and/or any flaws they may have are stated in their description. Please be sure to read the description thoroughly and check all images before making your purchase. Please note that sometimes items can appear to be a slightly different color vibrance and/or brightness in settings with different types of lighting such as in your home, outside, in a restaurants, etc. This can occur because, in our photography studio, we want to display the beauty of the items perfectly and we use the best possible light to take photos of our items, a mix of natural light and bright photography lighting. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing.

Many of our items are rare and/or vintage pieces that are extremely fragile thus there are no exceptions to our return policy, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Also, if sizing is available it is listed in the item description and it is the buyer’s responsibility to know their size in a particular designer, if you are not positive ask for measurements before purchasing an item.
